Meet the Artist
Linda Weedon is an Australian artist based in Yeppoon, Central Queensland, creating colourful and expressive works inspired by animals, people, places and memorable moments.
After a career in finance and years spent travelling Australia, Linda made a sea change to the Capricorn Coast to pursue her love of art. Largely self-taught, she works across paint, pastel and pencil, with animal portraiture remaining one of her greatest passions.
Her commissioned pet and animal portraits have found homes across Australia and around the world, while her original works are inspired by landscapes, nature and the places that leave a lasting impression.
