Linda Weedon is an Australian artist based in Yeppoon, Central Queensland, creating colourful and expressive works inspired by the people, animals, places and moments that leave a lasting impression.

After an extensive career in finance and years spent travelling throughout Australia, Linda made a sea change to the Capricorn Coast and chose to pursue her long-held love of art. Largely self-taught and always evolving, she continues to explore and develop her practice across paint, pastel and pencil.

With a deep love of the natural world, animal portraiture remains one of Linda’s greatest creative passions. Her commissioned pet and animal portraits are created to capture not only a likeness, but the character and personality behind each subject. In just a few years, her work has found its way into homes across Australia and around the world.

Beyond commissions, Linda also creates original artworks inspired by memorable places, beautiful landscapes and everyday moments, with selected works featured through galleries and exhibitions.

Her collection includes original paintings, prints, cards and commissioned pieces, each created with warmth, personality and a love of capturing the details that make a subject or place special.
